Nobody under 13 can hold an account — the signup is refused, not hidden. Between 13 and 18, your child cannot use the app at all until a parent or guardian confirms it. You will get an email asking you to approve, and nothing works until you do.

Their date of birth is what decides all of that. It is not shown to their teammates and it is not used for anything else, apart from letting their coaches know it is their birthday — which you can switch off (see below).

The habits they have committed to, and whatever they have explicitly chosen to share. Journals, personal notes and private goals stay private. Goal visibility is set per goal — private, coach only, or the whole team.

Yes. On the day, your child’s coaches get a private nudge so the team can mark it — no teammate is told and the date itself is never shown. To switch it off, open the family hub, go to More, find your athlete and untick Tell their coaches on their birthday. An adult athlete can do the same in Settings → Notifications.

From the family hub you can remove a child you are the guardian of. Or email the address above from any address and say so — you do not need an account to ask, and you do not need to explain why.

Settings → Your account → Delete my account, then type DELETE. It is permanent and immediate: the account and its data go.

One case it will stop you: if you still own a team with other people on it, deleting your account would take their team down with it. The app tells you so and names the next step — hand the team over first, in Settings → Your program.

Settings → Your account → Export my data. It downloads everything the app holds for you.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the sign-in button seems to do nothing at all, the security check above it may not have loaded — pull down to refresh, or try once on a different network. If it still fails, email us; do not keep retrying, because repeated attempts can lock the check for a while.

Team → People, tap the person, then Block. It stops direct messages both ways and is enforced on our servers, not just hidden on your screen. You can unblock from Settings.

Team channels stay visible to coaches on purpose: this is a youth-sports product, and a supervising adult keeping sight of a team conversation is the safeguard, not a gap.

Team → People, tap the person, then Manage → Report a problem. It goes to the coach who runs that team. If the problem is the coach, email the address above and it comes to us instead.

There is a Feedback button on every screen — it sends what you type straight to us along with the page you were on, which is usually the missing half of a bug report. Email works too.

Yes. There are no purchases, subscriptions or paywalls in the app.

No. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDK of any kind in this app, and there never has been. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Yes — a code from a coach, or a team join code. If you have one and it is not being accepted, email us with the code and we will sort it out.
